This was the best massage experience I have ever had! Krista is wonderful at her job, she asks questions before and during to get an idea of how she can be most effective. She is a very calming and kind personality who works hard to make sure she can do everything to relax you and also work out the areas of pain or problem you are having on your body!! Her knowledge of Anatomy and physiology of the entire body is very evident as she explains to you as she works why and what she is doing! 10/10 would recommend!!

Today was my first massage with Krista. It was truly mind-blowing. I get massages quite often and this was by far the best massage I have ever gotten! She listened to my concerns with where I thought I needed the most attention, she was very thorough and very educational before the massage. Very attentive to me and my needs and very kind. I will never go anywhere else again!

Krista is an extremely thorough and knowledgeable massage therapist. Being a former college athlete, along with continuing to push my body to its limits in the gym, I have a lot of areas that need work and she is one of the few massage therapists that I have worked with that works thru those rough spots and isn't afraid to dig in. I look forward to my next massage and trying other massage techniques with her as I progress.
